Empowering Kenya’s Pastoralist Communities for a Resilient Tomorrow!

Driving sustainable development, climate resilience, peace, and empowerment across arid and semi-arid regions.

Who are we?

The Pastoralist Development Agenda (PDA) is a registered Kenyan NGO working across Kenya’s arid and semi-arid regions to improve the lives of pastoralist communities. Founded in 2010 as the Centre for Community Change (CCC), we have grown from local beginnings in Isiolo to a dynamic NGO operating in 9 counties.

Rooted in equity, justice, and inclusivity, PDA empowers marginalized groups through sustainable interventions in education, drought resilience, agribusiness, peace, climate change, and youth & women empowerment.
